Daily Inspiration: “Slight not what's near, while aiming at what's far.”Beauty Bath: Chocolate Bubble Bath
1 cup of unscented bubble bath
1/3 cup of unsweetened soy milk
3 oz. of dark chocolate
Heat the soy milk and add in the chopped chocolate, stir well until melted. Do not boil. Allow cooling down. Mix in the bubble bath. Pour under running water and enjoy!

Ingredients-grapefruit and oatmeal: add 3-4 tablespoons of oatmeal to the juice of a grapefruit. Mix to thick paste. Spread on face and leave on 15 minutes, remove with warm water. Then again with cold water (to close the pores).

Whisk together 1 tablespoon honey, 1 egg white, 1 teaspoon glycerin and enough flour to form a paste. (Approximately ¼ cup). Smooth over face and throat. Leave on for 10 minutes. Rinse off with warm water. Then again with cold (to close the pores).

Daily Inspiration: “The greater man the greater courtesy”Beauty Tip: Chamomile Cleansing Milk (For Dry & Sensitive Skin)
1/4 cup cream
1/4 cup milk
2 Tbsp chamomile flowers, fresh or dried
Simmer ingredients in top of a double boiler for about 30 minutes, do not allow milk to boil. Turn off heat and let sit for about 2 hours, strain. Keep refrigerated. Apply with cotton balls to the face. Variations: Use elderflowers, sweet violets or lime blossoms in place of chamomile

For cuts or skin ulcerations, use sugar as a healant. Sugar is an excellent disinfectant. Sprinkle some on an open wound to help kill bacteria. Smear a ring of petroleum jelly around the edges to hold the sugar in place. Cover with a bandage. Change the bandage at least once a day.

Dry hands and feet will become smooth and soft overnight if you mix:
Bananas
Honey
Lemon juice
Natural Margarine
Smear on hands and wear white gloves to bed. Wash off in the morning.
For dry feet, smear the mixture on and wear heavy socks to bed, wash off in the morning.

Relieve a minor toothache or stop gums from bleeding by pressing a dampened tea bag (such as Lipton) against the cavity or sore gums. tea numbs the spot and clots blood. Of course, see a dentist as soon as you can because the problem could be serious.
